Nan Cowardin-Lee Global Brain Trust's most active member? As one of Global Brain Trust’s most active members, Nan Cowardin-Lee has initiated a Social Network Analysis project for Sedaa Global Brain Trust community that will highlight four types of connections among our GBT membership. This project will assist our global consulting network to strengthen our ties with each other by revealing how and with whom we are connected in the network. Nan looks forward to creating the maps that will reveal exactly how Sedaa members connect around the globe, and how GBT can complement and reinforce our work with you – our membership. When Nan is not researching the intercultural learning process, or crafting images for trans-cultural communication, Nan Cowardin-Lee is exploring how interpersonal and work connections assist in the creation of complex, adaptive organizations. Social Network Analysis is a process she loves because it is visual, dynamic and informative on the individual, team and system levels. As a PhD candidate in organizational psychology with a background as a business paralegal, financial analyst and publisher, Nan has had first-hand experience with the problems that plague organizations. She returned to school because she wanted to “make things better.” Social Network Analysis is a tool that has provided Nan with one direct mode in which she can realize her vision to help improve how organizations function. Please join Nan's discussion here. For instruction about her survey, please click here. What Is GBT
